Refund policy
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a refund, items must meet the following conditions:
- Return requested within 14 days of delivery date
- Items unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
- Original purchase receipt or order number provided
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, and final sale items are non-refundable
Return Process
- Initiate return by emailing [email protected] with your order number
- Pack items securely in original packaging with all tags attached
- Ship prepaid returns to our fulfillment center (address provided via email confirmation)
- Allow 5-7 business days for processing after receipt of returned items
Refund Methods
Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of damaged/defective items. We will provide a prepaid return label and expedite replacement or refund.
International Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties. Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion fees.
